1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FishMart website (www.fishmart.com) or placing any order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we accept it upon dispatch confirmation.
  • Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD) and Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets).
  • COD orders are subject to a handling fee of ₹49 for orders below ₹999.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or if we suspect fraud.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect products.
  • Products must be returned in original unopened packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Live fish and fish seed are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of FishMart and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

FishMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnal, Haryana.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
