Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available in select cities. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Orders above β‚Ή999 qualify for free shipping. A flat shipping charge of β‚Ή99 applies to orders below that threshold.

You can track your order using the Order Tracking page. Enter your order number and registered email address. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't been processed. Please contact us immediately via the Contact page or call our support line.

Payments & Returns

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and EMI options. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Perishable items and opened feed bags are not eligible for return.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details on our servers. Your transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
