1. Shipping Charges

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Live Fish & Fish Seed Shipments
- Live fish and fish seed are shipped in insulated oxygenated bags to ensure safe transit.
- We dispatch live shipments only on Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend delays.
- FishMart is not responsible for mortality caused by improper acclimation at the recipient's end.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and report any issues within 2 hours.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order on our Order Tracking page using your order number and registered email or phone number. Tracking updates are sent via SMS/email.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
- For lost shipments, please allow an extra 3 business days beyond the estimated date before contacting us.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for verified damage/loss cases.
